New Avaya Certified Design Specialist Credential for Avaya Oceana(tm) Solution (ACDS -3480)

Avaya Learning is proud to announce the new Avaya Certified Specialist Credential (ACDS-3480) for Avaya Oceana(tm).
ACDS – Avaya Oceana ™ Solution certification can be obtained:
The perfect experience, available on any device: phone, web, or mobile at any time;
The preservation of context during one’s journeys through the capture of all interaction data
Combination of past interaction data from existing systems with real-time Oceana experience data.
Credential requirements
Successful completion of the following is required to earn the ACDS – Avaya Oceana(tm), Solution Design credential:
Avaya Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Compliance Online Test (4990A) and
Avaya Oceana ™ Solution Design Fundamentals Online Exam (3470T)
Avaya Oceana(tm), Solution Design Exam (3480X). Available Curriculum and Competency Measurements
The following recommended curriculum and Online Tests are available on the Avaya Learning Center (www.avaya-learning.com). ExamCollection also has an Avaya section.
The Avaya Oceana(tm), Solution Design Exam (3480X), can be taken at Pearson VUE Testing Centers (www.vue.com/avaya), which is scheduled to be available in October 2017.
