Good news ladies and gentlemen! Avaya launched new ACIS certification for Avaya Oceana(tm) Solution. The Avaya Oceana Solution was created to be a single, universal solution that integrates and manages traditional and digital telephone channels. It will allow you to make better business decisions and expand your contact center functionality at a pace that suits you, by adding digital channels.
The new Avaya Certified Integr Specialist – Avaya Oceana ™ Solution (ACIS-7495) certification is now available! It is a multi-touch, next-generation customer engagement solution that provides integrated support for email, chat, SMS, and other media.
The ACIS-7495 credential is linked to the Avaya Oceana(tm), Solution Integration (7495X). The test contains 67 questions. It takes 90 minutes to complete. The passing score is 69% (46 out of 67 correctly).
