Take your Project Team Outside

My team does a daily tag up (Scrum-ish in its nature). We have recently started to go outside since it’s easier for us to get to our meeting spot quickly. When it’s not so hot outside, we meet in the cafeteria. I think it’s a good idea to get out of an office and conference room.
I feel more focused and refreshed when we can meet in the sun. I can also see the difference in morale, with lots of smiles and laughter throughout the day. If you can make work more fun for everyone, I say go for it.
(I was itching from the mosquitoes in the video. ?Don’t worry. I shot this video miles from where my team meetings are held, and it was right next to the river. ?Don’t take your team anywhere they might be eaten alive! ? 🙂
